Thermal investigations of energy losses of all kind of buildings ( i.e. small and medium size resident buildings, office towers, shopping malls industrial buildings ).

Investigations and seeking out of thermal bridges.

Constructional and/or material-conditioned thermal bridges, with a change of the heat conductivities within one or several construction unit layers, e.g. steel girders in a brick-work wall.

Geometrical cold bridges, with an enlargement of the endothermic or - delivering surface, e.g. during change of shape.

Convective cold bridges, with which a heat transport develops by heat carrying under gap permeabilities.

Environmental cold bridges, with locally different surface temperatures and/or energy offers, e.g. heating elements behind external walls. Generally in investigational object to be proceeded from a geometrical cold bridge. A numeric investigation of two - or three-dimensional space corners is accomplished. The computations (calculation – procedures) with changing ambient temperatures are consulted also for the determination of the condensation water temperatures in the construction unit. The condensation water temperature gradient as well as the isotherm process (isotherm 10°C) are plotted. It to the examined construction units target and is accomplished analyses. The customer on basis keeps results concrete instructions concluding to that.

The isotherm process of the 10°-Isotherme cuts the inside of the space wall. That leads to condensation water formation on this Wall surface. It can be assumed with high relative spatial air-damp (> =55% are strongly forced), the condensation water formation.

At an ambient temperature of 15°C building damage or condensation water formations is not to be expected due to cold bridges. On the correct execution of the rafter head insulation is here again referred to.
